You will be graded individually or as a group in 5 categories as described in the chart below. Note: An "Outstanding" score (4) is the highest you can achieve in a category, and an "Unsatisfactory" score (1) is the lowest you can achieve in a category. An Overall Score of "4" translates into an "A" grade, an Overall Score of "3" translates into a "B" grade, an Overall Score of "2" translates into a "C" grade, and an Overall Score of "1" translates into a "D" grade.
